  • All canopies must have a minimum of 40 pounds of weight for each leg. If you don't have this, you will not be allowed to set up.

  • Proper weights must attach to your canopy. This could be by wrapping around your leg, bungee cords, rope, or heavy-duty straps

  • Items that are not the proper weights: gallon water jugs, rocks not in containers, and anything market staff deems unacceptable.

  • Items that are not proper weight tie downs are zip ties, twine, thin rope, and anything market staff deems unacceptable.

Arrival, Departure & Vendor/Staff Parking

Vehicles may park close to their booth to offload if they arrive before the start of the Market.

Once tents are set up, you must use a cart or hand-carry your items in.

Vehicles may not be brought back in/driven off the marketplace site until after the close of market.

RRM requests that vendors stay until the market ends.

If there are special circumstances where a vendor must leave early, please discuss this with RRM Manager/Staff before packing up.

It's very discouraging for other vendors and customers to see vendors leaving the mid-market.

Vendors must clean up all debris, including plant/produce material, at their booth site prior to

departing.

To keep costs at a minimum, all vendor-generated trash and recycling must be removed from

the site by the vendor.

Inclement Weather Procedures

  • Rustic Roots Market is a rain-or-shine market. The market manager/staff have the sole discretion to cancel the market due to inclement weather.

  • If on market day, a vendor chooses not to set up due to weather, that vendor will forfeit their fees.

Cancelations

  • If a vendor cancels with less than 24 hours, they forfeit their fees.
